The PSV-1 turntable signal converter (recorder) is designed to work together with turntables of various types (ISP-1M, IST, GR-55, GR-99, GR-21M) used as a sensor that converts the speed of the incoming water flow into the pulse frequency of the output signal, that is, into a change in the state of the electrical output turntables.
As part of the GR-70 installation, it is used as a control panel, providing visualization of the operation of the bottom and surface contacts.
